Closing the loop between data generation and data analysis

The "Garbage in, garbage out" problem : Reliable Analysis requires decent data preparation, enrichment and cleaning. PharmaDM allows for incremental knowledge enrichment (re-use of learned knowledge) through incorporation of background knowledge (e.g. biology/biochemistry); incorporation of insights discovered by the machine and insights from the expert user (i.e. the researcher). As such PharmaDM can improve the outcome of the analysis to steer data cleaning processes and to close the loop between data generation and data analysis.
