See View hypotheses for general information, including details on the Statistics and Combined tabs.Select a report with hypotheses from the left panel, e.g., the report under construction.
At the top, the discovered indications for high and low values are listed:
The bottom panel shows the examples that support the selected indication. You can rank these examples by clicking on the column headers.
- for categorical targets: indications are grouped per target=value combination; for targets that take at least 3 values, also indications for 'not target=value' added (notice this is redundant for binary targets)
- for numerical targets: indications for high and low values are grouped (e.g., "Why high logP", "Why low logP")
The colors in the text of the hypothesis correspond to the colors in the drawing. Right-click on the colored text components to modify the colors (and see how the molecule drawing changes accordingly). As you navigate through the examples, you will notice how the substructure described in the top panel occurs in each of the molecules listed in the bottom panel.
